Domain names are registered through JAB Networked Solutions Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our domain name registration services (“Services”), the person or organisation (“Applicant”, “you”) applying to register the domain name agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and any applicable policies, guidelines, or amendments that may be presented from time to time, including but not limited to the privacy policy and any related agreements.
To register a domain name, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are registering a domain on behalf of an entity, you must be authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
3.1 Availability: Domain registration is subject to the availability of the domain name. We cannot guarantee that a requested domain name will be available.
3.2 Compliance: By registering a domain with us, you agree to comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the relevant registry for the top-level domain to be registered.
.co.uk, org.uk, net.uk, ltd.uk, plc.uk, me.uk, and .uk domain names are subject to "Nominet UK Ltd's" terms and conditions, found at www.nominet.uk/uk-domains/policies/.
.gov.uk domain names are subject to the following additional terms and conditions. www.gov.uk/guidance/additional-terms-for-govuk-agreements.
3.3 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information for the domain registration process. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or cancellation of your domain registration.
3.4 Renewals: It is your responsibility to ensure timely renewal of your domain registration. We may, but are not obligated to, send reminders before the expiration of your domain name.
4.1 VAT: All prices are listed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added where applicable, and our VAT registration number is 631 2271 78.
4.2 Pricing: Fees for domain registration, renewal, and other services will be outlined on our website or as communicated to you during the registration process.
4.3 Payment: All payments must be made in advance. Your registration will not be processed until payment is received.
4.4 Refunds: Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
5.1 Ownership Transfer: You may transfer ownership of your domain to another party, provided that all outstanding payments have been made and the transfer complies with the regulations.
5.2 Transfer Requests: We reserve the right to decline any domain transfer requests if we have reason to believe that the transfer violates any applicable law or regulation.
6.1 Right to Suspend: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your domain registration or access to Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms or failure to pay fees.
6.2 Termination by You: You may terminate your domain registration at any time by notifying us in writing, but no refund will be provided unless otherwise stated.
6.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination or cancellation, you will lose all rights to the domain name.
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and service marks, remain the property of their respective owners. Registering a domain name does not grant you any intellectual property rights over the name or any associated content.
In the UK, domain name disputes for .uk domains are handled by Nominet, the registry responsible for .uk domains. www.nominet.uk/domain-support/uk-domain-disputes/.
